Data Governance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data governance consulting projects from understanding business objectives to successful, measurable implementation and ongoing sustainability.
- Develop data goals, KPIs, and design detailed governance models (policies, structures, processes) that support the overarching data strategy and business objectives.
- Independently conduct data usage and data security audits, identifying operational risks and translating findings into prioritized action plans and recommendations.
- Actively support change management initiatives, facilitating buy-in and organizational adoption among departmental heads and key business owners across complex enterprise structures.
Who are we looking for:
- An expert with 3+ years of professional experience in data governance, data quality, or data management, preferably gained in a large enterprise context.
- A Fluent Polish and English speaker.
- Someone with practical knowledge of data modelling, metadata management, and general data governance frameworks.
- A partner with strong aptitude for detailed process analysis, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- A person who emonstrated ability to manage data issues and processes within large, complex organizational structures.
