Senior Data Governance Specialist

As the Senior Data Governance Specialist, you will lead end-to-end data governance engagements. You will operate at the strategic level, responsible for designing and securing adoption of robust governance frameworks across complex, multi-layered client organizations. You will serve as the primary advisory point for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data governance consulting projects from the understand business objectives phase to successful, measurable adoption and ongoing sustainability.
• Define data goals, KPIs, and design comprehensive governance models (policies, structures, processes) that align data strategy with C-level business objectives.
• Lead sophisticated data usage audit and data security audit activities, identifying major risks and translating findings into strategic, prioritized roadmaps.
• Drive significant management change initiatives, supporting organizational adoption among senior leaders and departmental heads across complex enterprise structures.
• Serve as the trusted expert, advising clients on best practices, regulatory compliance, and maximizing the business value of their data assets.

Who are we looking for:

• A leader with 5+ years of experience in leading and delivering large-scale data governance programs. Proven ability to manage data structures and governance within complex organizational structures is essential.
• A fluent Polish and English speaker. 
• A partner with expert knowledge of the data governance lifecycle, data management tools, and relevant regulations (e.g., DAMA methodologies).
• Someone who has exceptional skills in managing senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and leading large transformation initiatives.
